Our firm is experienced in the day to day task of bookkeeping and related tasks, such as payroll management and billing. We can either utilize our client’ existing accounting package or we can set up our clients on QuickBooks Online. For this service line we have experience serving both nonprofit organizations and smaller for-profit businesses. Services are highly customized so as to dovetail with each client's needs.
All services provided by our firm are carefully tailored to the needs of each individual client and our outsourced or interim Chief Financial Officer services are no exception.
In some circumstances, outsourced or interim CFO services entail being fully hands on, in the weeds and the details performing accounting tasks and processing transactions, more akin to serving as a controller. In other circumstances, these outsourced services entail supervising existing accounting personnel and, if appropriate, enhancing their ability to work effectively through training.
Perhaps a client needs assistance in preparing for an upcoming audit, or assistance with the communication between staff and those charged with governance.
Whatever the need, we likely have the experience to help.
Also, we work collaboratively with CPA firms and other outsourced CFO provider firms. Accordingly such firms are invited to contact us to explore the notion of us providing services to their clients through them. In short, we want to help.
