Lewis Sharpstone & Co. is a boutique CPA firm specializing in seven niche service areas that mirror Lewis’ core strengths and competencies. As you’ll read, Lewis has a wealth of experience in these seven areas gained over more than 25 years as an accomplished licensed CPA in California.
The seven areas are:
- Audits of nonprofit organizations. Lewis performs reviews and compilations for nonprofits too if requested
- Form 990 preparation for nonprofit organizations
- Benefit Plan (ERISA) audits
- Outsourced accounting services (bookkeeping and more) for smaller nonprofit organizations and small businesses
- Outsourced /interim CFO services
- Teaching, training, conducting seminars and board advising. Specialist areas include new accounting pronouncements, governance and ethics.
